1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR-Bindi ("the Service"), operated by Azurebits LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QR-Bindi allows users to create QR-code-linked digital pages including restaurant menus, feedback forms, business pages, and memorial pages. Certain features require a paid subscription to remove the "TESTING" watermark and publish content publicly.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qr-bindi.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. Azurebits LLC does not store payment card information.
  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content to QR-Bindi, you grant Azurebits LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content as part of operating the Service.

The QR-Bindi name, logo, and software are the property of Azurebits LLC and may not be used without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azurebits LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
